Exercise 5: Tricep Kickbacks

  • Sets: 3
  • Reps: 12-15 each arm
  • Rest: 45-60 seconds between sets
  • Purpose: Emphasizes the lateral and medial heads of the triceps.



Exercise 6: Cable Rope Tricep Pushdown

  • Sets: 3
  • Reps: 10-12
  • Rest: 60 seconds between sets
  • Purpose: Targets the medial and lateral heads with constant tension from the cable.



Cool Down (5-10 minutes)

  1. Static Stretching: Focus on triceps, shoulders, and chest, holding each stretch for 20-30 seconds.
  2. Light Cardio: Slow walking or gentle cycling for 3-5 minutes to lower heart rate.


Additional Tips:
