Become an inspiration!
The majority of us are unaware of the impact (good or bad) we have on people. Inspiring others to achieve is not an expectation for them to follow your path, it's returning the positivity and support we have received in order to achieve our own goals. Become the person you aspire to be and you will allow others to recognise that they too can achieve their goals.

Find Your Calm.
When a situation makes you feel angry, try to reflect upon why you are feeling angry before you react.
By allowing yourself a short pause before you respond, will give time for the "knee-jerk response" to pass and enable you to deal with the situation more effectively. We are not responsible for the actions of others, only our own.

Be Kind.
Learn how to genuinely listen to people. By envisioning how you would feel in their shoes, you will naturally respond in a more sympathetic, empathetic manner.
Be sincere, we can naturally sense when a person is lying to us and our instinct will tell us to not trust, and avoid, that person.
Be generous with your time, people don't like to feel rushed or less important.
Always look for the good in a person or situation. A positive outlook will always help to lift the spirits of those around you.
Be kind to yourself, listen to your body and rest when required.

Be Authentic.
Gain an understanding of what makes you happy and don't be apologetic for that. Learn new skills, challenge yourself and acknowledge your achievements. Take inspiration from others but never feel as though they are worth more than you. An authentic person generates their power from within, which benefits both themselves and those who come into contact with them. Be true to yourself and always endeavour to do what you say you are going to do.
Achieve.
Commit. You have to really want to achieve your goal and focus on making it a priority.
Make a plan. Have a clear vision of where you want to be and a, realistic, timeline for that to happen.
Make the journey fun. Embrace, and learn from, the "near achievements", learn to laugh at yourself, keep your workouts varied.
Be proud of yourself and reach for the stars.
